Congratulations to Aoibheann Mangan, who this evening has been named as the European Digital Girl of the Year in the 11 – 14 age category at the Ada awards ceremony in Brussels. This is a fantastic achievement for Aoibheann and a recognition of the work that she does in encouraging others to engage with technology. Aoibheann has been a mentor in not one but two CoderDojos in her local area, Cloghans Hill and Robeen. She has also delivered workshops at high profile events such as MozFest in the UK. What an amazing girl!!
